Payments processed via credit or debit cards are conducted through the Stripe payment platform/gateway, subject to prior authorization, for post-delivery services. The User acknowledges and agrees that Stripe reserves the right to decline a transaction for any reason, and that neither Stripe nor GROWLAT shall be held liable for any such declined payments.
Credit card details used for online payments are not stored. GROWLAT utilizes a secure payment gateway provided by Stripe, which guarantees communication integrity through sufficiently secure measures (SSL, secure URLs, etc.).
During the payment process, card ownership authentication will be required through verification mechanisms provided by the issuing bank entity. The transaction currency for hired services shall be the US Dollar (USD$).
Under no circumstances will refunds or cancellations be accepted. The services we provide are paid post-delivery, meaning that upon submitting payment, the client acknowledges full satisfaction with and enjoyment of the service.
